THE ULTIMATE SPORTS AND FITNESS HOME WORKOUT FOR KIDS
HOW THE APP WORKS
The app that personalises children's workouts
The App is a variety of fun physical and challenging hand eye co-ordination, strength and speed exercises that are designed to improve your child's sporting ability in the comfort of your own home, in any space. All your child needs is a mat, two tennis balls, a sofa and a wall to complete all of the exercises.
This workout consist of 5 randomly selected general speed exercises. These exercises are fun and challenging to keep your child engaged. The purpose of these exercises is to help children to improve general movement whilst becoming faster.
As with the speed sessions, the strength sessions consist of 5 randomly selected strength exercises. These are focused on fundamental movement patterns to improve whole body strength.
This is a short, sharp workout consisting of 10 exercises. 6 of these exercises are levelled and require your child to give feedback after the exercise. Using the specially developed algorithm, the App will use this feedback data to create a personalised workout so that your child is working at their correct ability level and challenge point. This will keep your child progressing, keep them engaged and allow them to have more fun as they will be doing exercises are aren't too easy or hard for them. The categories involved in a PW are; speed, strength, gymnastic movements, upper/lower body and functional strength, and hand eye co-ordination.
